USCIS Statement of Intent Regarding the Form G-28

USCIS announcement that, until further notice, DHS Disciplinary Counsel does not intend to initiate disciplinary action against practitioners based solely on failure to submit Form G-28 in relation to pro bono services provided at group assistance events.
