USCIS to Accept H-1B Petitions for FY2015 Beginning 4/1/14

USCIS will begin accepting H-1B petitions subject to the FY2015 congressionally mandated cap on 4/1/14. Cases will be considered accepted on the date that USCIS receives a properly filed petition with the correct fee. USCIS does not rely on the date that the petition is postmarked.
