USCIS To End Fingerprinting by Non-ASCs

USCIS announces that, on 10/1/04, it will terminate its contract with Designated Law Enforcement Agencies, where some immigrants in rural areas have gone for fingerprints. After that time, USCIS will direct people to the ASCs for fingerprinting.
