USCIS to Reissue Case-Specific I-360 RFE If Needed

USCIS recently found that some RFEs were issued to petitioners for Special Immigrant Religious Workers (Form I-360) that did not take into account the supporting evidence that was included with the petition. USCIS will review these petitions and issue a case-specific RFE, if necessary.
