USCIS Still Unable to Approve Petitions Filed to Adopt a Child from Cambodia

USCIS announced that it continues to be unable to approve any Form I-600, Petition to Classify Orphan as an Immediate Relative, filed for a child to be adopted from Cambodia because Cambodia is not currently meeting its obligations under The Hague Convention.
