USCIS Update and FAQs on the Addition of Form N-400 to the Direct Mail Program

On 9/12/08 USCIS announced that it was adding Form N-400, Application for Naturalization, to the Direct Mail program. As of 10/14/08 non-military applicants must submit naturalization applications tot he designated lockbox. A 9/15/08 USCIS update provides the lockbox addresses.
