USCIS Updates E-Verify to Allow Employees to be Notified of Information Mismatch

USCIS press release that E-Verify now can notify the employee of a record mismatch (a “Tentative Nonconfirmation”) at the same time it notifies the employer, if the employee voluntarily provides his/her email address on the Form I-9.
