USCIS Updates Review Process for the Parole Available to Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans

USCIS updated the process for granting advance travel authorization for up to 30,000 Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans effective 5/17/23. USCIS will randomly select from pending Form I-134As to determine if the case can be confirmed, the remainder will be reviewed first-in, first-out.
