USCIS Announces It Will Begin Accepting FY2010 H-1Bs on April 1, 2009

On 3/20/09 USCIS announced that it will begin accepting H-1B petitions for FY2010 on 4/1/09. USCIS reminds petitioners that cases will be considered accepted on the day that USCIS takes possession of the petition, and also of the cap at 65,000.
