DOS posted the Visa Bulletin for July 2016. Note: Application Final Action Dates for Mexico employment-based fourth preference and certain religious workers preference categories are listed. Information on visa availability in the coming months is also provided.
Note: On June 9, 2016, USCIS determined that for family-sponsored and employment-based filings, the Application Final Action Dates chart in the DOS Visa Bulletin for July 2016 must be used.
