DOS Announces Visa Restrictions for Northern Triangle Government Officials

DOS announced a visa restriction policy under INA §212(a)(3)(C) on the issuance of visas to current or former Guatemalan, Honduran, or Salvadoran government officials and other individuals as part of a larger strategy to promote rule of law in those countries.
