Bill Signed to Increase Number of Iraqi and Afghani Translators Admitted as Special Immigrants

President signs S 1104, which temporarily increases the number of Iraqi and Afghani nationals who may be admitted to the U.S. as special immigrants after having worked as translators and interpreters with the U.S. Armed Forces or under Chief of Mission authority.
