When AILA’s Immigration Law Practice and Procedure Manual: A “Cookbook” of Essential Practice Materials was first published in 2021, it became an AILA member favorite overnight. Authors Greg Siskind and Ari Sauer tapped into immigration lawyers’ need for practical guidance, case workflows, and sample documents.
What’s New?
The new, fourth edition has been expanded to THREE VOLUMES with two new chapters on:

- H-2A nonimmigrant classification
