AILA has taken important steps to ensure that all of its members feel welcome, have equal opportunity for success and leadership, and experience a true sense of belonging in the organization. This presentation will highlight the process over the past year to assess our strengths, identify areas for improvement, and take concrete action to advance our commitments to diversity, equity, and inclusion within the association. Members will leave the presentation with an understanding of our association-wide commitments over the next few years to remain a place where all are welcome and all can thrive.
