AILA's ICE Committee will present highlights from recent engagements with ICE, including spring liaison work and the ICE Open Forum at the 2023 Annual Conference. The committee will also lead a discussion on prosecutorial discretion developments in the wake of United States v. Texas.

Discussion topics will include:

• Highlights and lowlights from the spring liaison meeting minutes
• OPLA AND ERO updates from the ICE Open Forum at Annual Conference
• Roundtable discussion on prosecutorial discretion developments across jurisdictions in the wake of U.S. v. Texas
