AILA's ICE Committee will present highlights from recent engagements with ICE, including spring liaison work and the ICE Open Forum at the 2023 Annual Conference. The committee will also lead a discussion on prosecutorial discretion developments in the wake of United States v. Texas.
Discussion topics will include:

This roundtable is hosted by AILA's ICE Liaison Committee.
This roundtable is available only to AILA members and not CLE eligible.
