Ari Sauer represents corporate and individual clients in all areas of U.S. immigration law with the Siskind Susser Law Firm, in Memphis, TN. Mr. Sauer is a former Elected Director of the Board of Governors of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). He has previously served as Chapter Chair of the AILA Mid-South Chapter, which includes the states of Tennessee, Mississippi, Arkansas, Kentucky, and Louisiana. Greg Siskind is a co-founder of Siskind Susser, PC, a Memphis-based immigration law firm with clients throughout America. He is a former member of the Board of Governors of AILA and current Co-Chair of the International Bar Association’s Immigration and Nationality Law Committee. He has previously written six books on various immigration law topics, as well as the ABA’s Lawyers’ Guide to Marketing on the Internet, now in its 4th edition. In 1994, he created the first immigration law website, and in 1998, he created the world’s first law blog. Today, he is creating artificial intelligence-based web applications for immigration lawyers. In 2020, he was awarded AILA’s Advocacy Award for outstanding efforts in support of AILA’s advocacy agenda and in 2024 received its inaugural Technology and Innovation Award.
