With EB-4 Retrogression, attorneys are looking to file PERMs for their religious worker clients. However, religious workers present unique challenges for PERM applications such as low salaries or lack of cash compensation to meet the prevailing wage requirements and listing requirements about adhering to a specific faith or belief. Our panelist will look at these various issues and discuss strategies to address these challenges.

The Religious Workers Interest Group purpose is to share ideas for how to handle issues specifically related to religious workers (Non-immigrant & Immigrant). There is a monthly Zoom call to discuss various religious worker topics, serve as a resource for religious worker issues, and conduct advocacy. To join the Religious Workers Interest Group simply go to MyAILA to update your interest groups list.
