The current administration has targeted individuals, universities, law firms, and corporations for exercising their First Amendment and other constitutional rights. Panelists will discuss how some national law firms have fought back and already won injunctions against the enforcement of these unconstitutional policies.

- AILA applies for accreditation upon attorneys’ request after participation for the following states: AR, CO, DE, IA, ID, KS, KY, LA, ME, MN, MS, NE, OR, TN and WY. Programs are typically approved.
