AILA’s USCIS-focused committee leadership will provide a summary of recent meetings with USCIS’s and CIS Office of the Ombudsman.

USCIS Committee leadership will also provide an overview of the focus of each committee to provide members a better understanding of who to contact for assistance when needed. Participating committee leadership will represent USCIS Case Assistance, USCIS Field Ops, and USCIS HQ (Benefits Policy).
