District Court Preliminarily Approves Settlement Agreement in Case Involving Fraudulent Recruitment of Filipino Workers

The district court preliminarily approved the proposed settlement agreement to resolve the claims of plaintiffs, Filipino citizens who were allegedly recruited by defendants under fraudulent terms to come work for them in the United States. (Casilao, et al. v. Hotelmacher, et al., 4/24/24)
