Applying for temporary relief (Temporary Protective Status) or nonimmigrant status (such as U and T visas) for your client, you may encounter the metaphorical “wall” of inadmissibility that makes approval seem impossible. Expert panelists will provide an overview of how to identify which fact patterns require waivers (such as Form I-192, Form I-601, and I-602), and how to present evidence to win these waivers and break through this seemingly impenetrable obstacle.
Featured Topics

- Anticipating the evidentiary standards and burdens of proof, and how to increase the odds of success during a challenging administration
- What a waiver seeks to overcome now vs. applying for adjustment of status later: planning ahead and avoiding common pitfalls
