EOIR’s introduction of the Form E-61 and the advent of limited scope representation in immigration court promised to increase access to counsel for respondents in immigration court.

OnDemand Conference CLE Credit

This program is a session from the 2025 AILA Annual Conference & Webcast on Immigration Law. As a result session will need to be reported as an “Ondemand Recording” in your My CLE account. Please refer to the My CLE Reporting Instructions for instructions.

  • AILA applies for accreditation upon attorneys’ request after participation for the following states: AR, CO, DE, IA, ID, KS, KY, LA, ME, MN, MS, NE, OR, TN and WY. Programs are typically approved.
