OnDemand Conference CLE Credit
This program is a session from the 2023 AILA Annual Conference and Webcast on Immigration Law. As a result each session will need to be recorded as such in your webCLE account. Please refer to the CLE Reporting Instructions.
AILA has filed for CLE and specialized credit in all jurisdictions with mandatory CLE requirements. For details about specific approvals, contact us at cle@aila.org. Eligible participants can receive up to:
- In 50-minute jurisdictions: 1.2 Ethics credits
- In 60-minute jurisdictions: 1.0 Ethics credits
To receive CLE credit, attorneys must record session attendance and the CLE codes provided via webCLE.
AILA applies for accreditation upon attorneys’ request after participation for the following states: AR, DE, IA, ID, KS, KY, LA, ME, MN, MS, OR, TN and WY. Programs are typically approved. The OnDemand Recording format does not qualify for CLE credit in the following jurisdictions: MO and PR.
