In late November 2022, ICE posted the names and information of detained migrants in the credible fear process on its website, including whether they had passed or failed their credible fear interviews. This roundtable will include a discussion on advocating for the release of clients who were part of the data breach and a discussion of potential claims or strategies for these cases.

Topics will include:

  • What we know and don’t know about the breach
  • Advocating for release from detention
  • Connecting the dots of potential new claims and strategies

This roundtable is available only to AILA members and not CLE eligible.
