Eligible participants can receive up to 1.8 CLE credit hours. AILA will administer CLE credit only to individuals who register and log into the web seminar. AILA cannot verify your attendance and participation in this program unless you register directly for the web seminar and use your name to log in to participate in the program. Therefore, persons who log in or listen in on the web seminar as part of a group will not be able to obtain CLE credit.

Kimberly Bennett is an associate with Jackson Lewis P.C. in the Pittsburgh office. She currently serves as Vice Chair of AILA’s Pittsburgh Chapter. Ms. Bennett received her JD from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. 

Allen Orr, AILA Past President, Washington, D.C. DEI  

Allen Orr Jr. is the founder of Orr Immigration Law Firm, P.C. and a nationally recognized immigration attorney. He is a past president of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and currently serves as chair of the Immigration Law Section of the National Bar Association. Mr. Orr advises employers and foreign nationals on complex immigration matters and frequently speaks on immigration policy and compliance. He received his JD from Howard University School of Law.

Jonathan Grode serves as the U.S. Practice Director and Managing Partner for Green and Spiegel. Jonathan has worked continuously in the U.S. business immigration law field since 1999 and has amassed considerable experience obtaining nonimmigrant and immigrant visas for new company start-ups, professional workers, artists and entertainers, athletes, physicians, and scientific researchers.
