AILA Asks for I-9 Effective Date Delay
On 1/28/09, AILA President Charles H. "Chuck" Kuck and Executive Director Jeanne A. Butterfield sent a letter to USCIS asking for a delay in the effective date of the revisions to the I-9 regulations and Form I-9.
