AILA Letter to SSA Commissioner Astrue Regarding the Reissuance of “No-Match” Letters
A 5/4/11 letter from AILA to SSA Commissioner Michael Astrue expressing concern that SSA has once again started sending “No-Match” letters that advise employers when an employee is using a Social Security number that does not coincide with SSA’s records.
