DHS and DOS Certify Statutory Criteria Met for WHTI Implementation

DHS and DOS jointly certified to Congress that all required statutory criteria for implementation of the Western Hemisphere Travel (WHTI) have been met. WHTI implementation is scheduled for 6/1/09.
