DOJ Settles Employment Discrimination Suit against John Jay College

DOJ announced a settlement with John Jay College. The lawsuit alleged that the college engaged in a pattern or practice of citizenship status discrimination by requesting DHS-issued documents from non-U.S. citizens, but not from U.S. citizens, during the I-9 process.
