Text of the enrolled (final) version of the Passport Backlog Reduction Act (S. 966), a bill to allow for the temporary rehiring of Foreign Service retirees to assist in reducing the backlog in passport applications. President Bush signed the bill into law on 7/31/07 (P.L. 110-50).
