On 12/16/09, USCIS reminded aliens living and/or working or studying in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI) under CNMI permits to request parole before seeking to travel to Guam or other parts of the U.S. People who entered before 11/28/09 are present without admission or parole.
