USCIS Announces Priority Naturalization Processing for Certain SSI Recipients

USCIS announcement that it will prioritize the processing of N-400 applications for certain SSI recipients whose SSI benefits will be terminated within one year of the date listed on their SSI notice and whose N-400 has been pending for four months or more.
