USCIS Announces Shortage of Vaccine Needed for I-693

The Center for Diseases Control communicated to USCIS that the Zoster vaccine is currently unavailable. The Zoster vaccine is a new requirement for completion of Form I-693, as of July 1, 2008 for applicants 60 and older. Until further notice, USCIS will accept Form I-693 without the Zoster vaccine.
