USCIS Continues to Accept FY2013 H-1B Petitions

USCIS press release announcing that it will continue to accept H-1B nonimmigrant petitions subject to FY2013 cap. USCIS has received 17,400 H-1B petitions counting toward 65,000 cap and approximately 8,200 petitions toward 20,000 cap exemption for those with advanced degrees.
