USCIS Announces Implementation of Form I-94 Automation

USCIS press release announcing CBP’s implementation of the automated Form I-94. Nonimmigrant aliens entering the U.S. at air or sea POEs can access the electronic Form I-94 online. USCIS will accept the paper format printed from CBP’s website as evidence of lawful admission.
