USCIS Announces Protection for Victims of Human Trafficking and Other Violations

USCIS press release announcing that A-3 and G-5 visa holders who are victims of human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or other violations, who have filed civil action against their employer, can remain and work in the U.S. while their civil cases are pending.
