USCIS Announces Revised and Shortened NCSC 1-800 Menu Options

USCIS announcement that on 8/29/11, the National Customer Service Center’s (NCSC) 1-800 phone number will implement shorter menus to provide streamlined access to live assistance, improved navigation, and the ability to reorganize menu options based on call volume.
