AILA, Women's Refugee Commission, Global Refuge, Lutheran Social Services of the National Capital Area, and International Rescue Committee published a joint backgrounder on the Case Management Pilot Program (CMPP). CMPP is a program that funds community-based organizations to provide case management services to noncitizens and does not rely on electronic surveillance.
