USCIS and ICE Memo on Detaining Refugees Who Have Not Adjusted to LPR Status After 1 Year

USCIS and ICE Directors released a memo stating USCIS and ICE policy on detaining refugees who have not applied to adjust to LPR status after one year. DHS will arrest such refugees and may detain them for the duration of the inspection and examination process.
