AAP Exclusive: Coping with Stress and Anxiety

AAP Exclusive: Coping with Stress and Anxiety

Join us for a discussion among AILA paralegals and law office staff. To help immigration clients through tough moments in their lives and hear harrowing experiences day-in, day-out, it is essential to respect your own mental health needs and intentionally protect your well-being. Coping with the stress of the immigration practice is a community project, but simple activities can heal and help. Come learn some of those activities and discuss other coping strategies.

This roundtable is an opportunity for AILA Affiliate Paralegals to learn and discuss issues affecting legal staff, in community with each other. It's presented exclusively for AILA Affiliate Paralegals as a benefit of AAP status.

AILA Video Roundtables are free interactive learning opportunities hosted by faculty selected for their expertise, with an emphasis on discussion and Q&A. This roundtable is not CLE eligible. The free recording will be available 7-10 business days following the live event.
