Feeling Good on Hard Days

Feeling Good on Hard Days

Well-being is an essential element that should influence every aspect of our lives. The seven dimensions of well-being were developed to offer a comprehensive approach to wellness. We invite you to join your fellow AILA members as they discuss their practices related to the seven dimensions of well-being: Physical, Intellectual, Environmental, Vocational, Social, Emotional, and Spiritual. We’ll also spend time celebrating Well-Being Week.

AILA and the National Well-Being Committee are excited to present this roundtable as a part of Well-Being Week in Law 2026. Join us for a week of resources and roundtables to build community, share practices, support well-being, and manage stress together.

AILA Video Roundtables are free interactive learning opportunities hosted by faculty selected for their expertise, with an emphasis on discussion and Q&A. This roundtable is available only to AILA members and is not CLE eligible. The free recording will be available 7-10 business days following the live event.
