Lessons Learned from an ICE Surge: Advising Clients

Lessons Learned from an ICE Surge: Advising Clients

The nation’s eyes are on Minnesota as the local population endures the violence and confrontational tactics of federal agents participating in “Operation Metro Surge.” Previously, Chicago and other metropolitan areas have been similarly targeted. Hear from immigration attorneys who experienced the surge about what individual clients as well as client businesses need to know ahead of time, how to respond if your client is impacted, and how to prepare for if an immigration agent surge happens in your city or state. Hear what Minnesotan immigration attorneys are seeing from a legal perspective, what their needs are, how they're combating things, who they're collaborating with, what they wish they had in place, and lessons being learned.
