AAP Exclusive: De-Escalation and Office Safety Basics

AAP Exclusive: De-Escalation and Office Safety Basics

De-Escalation is a skill everyone can use, whether it’s dealing with an irate client, calming a colleague, or smoothing over a rough situation in your personal life. It can be learned and it can be incredibly rewarding to overcome tough situations with a few key behaviors and words. Come learn from our discussion leaders what works and how to implement it. This presentation came from the AILA Annual Conference and was a wonderful discussion topic, so it promises to be an great roundtable.

This roundtable is an opportunity for AILA Affiliate Paralegals to learn and discuss issues affecting legal staff, in community with each other. It's presented exclusively for AILA Affiliate Paralegals as a benefit of AAP status.

AILA Video Roundtables are free interactive learning opportunities hosted by faculty selected for their expertise, with an emphasis on discussion and Q&A. This roundtable is not CLE eligible. The free recording will be available 7-10 business days following the live event.
