Make Your Voice Heard: SCOPE, the 2026 Elections, and How to Get Involved

AILA’s Standing Committee on Political Engagement (SCOPE) invites members to this roundtable to learn about SCOPE, AILA’s political engagement work, and the importance of member involvement ahead of the 2026 midterm elections. This roundtable will also provide an opportunity to announce AILA’s first slate of supported candidates, explain how political engagement complements AILA’s work, and highlight the importance of building these initiatives from the member level up. The discussion will also focus on how members can make their voices heard in this moment through various Get Out the Vote efforts either in-person or virtually.
