Sign-On Letter to USCIS Requesting to Maintain the H-4 Rule
On 1/17/18, eleven organizations including CompeteAmerica, which AILA is a member of, requested that USCIS continue to authorize employment for certain H-4 dependent spouses. The letter cites the instrumental role of these workers in STEM fields and their positive impact on the U.S. economy.
