Puerto Rico Birth Certificates Issued Before July 1, 2010 Now Valid through October 30, 2010 (Updated 10/01/10)

USCIS update announcing that under an executive order signed by the Governor of Puerto Rico, certified copies of Puerto Rico birth certificates issued before 7/1/10 will now be valid through 10/30/10. Spanish version of the update follows the English version.
