This roundtable explores the concept of learned hopefulness, the ability to use past experiences to maintain hope for the future, even in challenging circumstances. Facilitators will introduce learned hopefulness and discuss practical strategies for identifying strengths, challenging limiting beliefs, and taking meaningful action to cultivate resilience and well-being. Attendees will learn how gratitude, the 3 R’s, meditation, yoga at desk-friendly exercises, intentional breaks and community can transform daily stress into motivation and focus. In light of the current immigration landscape, speakers will emphasize finding hope and balance amidst adversity and will encourage those attending to share insights and strategies.
