Admissibility of hearsay contained in documentation filed by DHS and by respondents is critical to understand. In this quarterly call, learn about objections to hearsay in Form I-213, motions to suppress, motions for issuance of subpoenas for DHS agents and other law enforcement officials, and the burdens of production and persuasion. If a document is admitted, the weight to be given will need to be addressed in a bond proceeding and in removal proceeding.
