Trust but Verify: Navigating FOIA Requests, Fraud Risks, and Ethical Boundaries examines the ethical use of FOIA requests and other vetting tools to uncover critical client information, identify fraud risks, and strengthen case preparation. Panelists will discuss confidentiality, due diligence, challenging incomplete FOIA responses, and the limits of investigative practices in immigration representation.
