Join members of AILA’s Fraud Victim Task Force for a discussion of the legal, ethical, and practical challenges arising when clients are affected by attorney misconduct. This interactive roundtable will bring together practitioners working with individuals affected by the Alexandra Lozano matter and similar situations to discuss case strategies, ethical considerations, resource development, and opportunities for collaboration. Participants will leave with practical insights and a stronger network of colleagues committed to protecting vulnerable clients, supporting affected individuals, and maintaining public trust in the profession.
